![]() We have multiple therapists and may want to view their appointments sometimes together and sometimes separately and Monday started to get somewhat bulky when trying to do this. It is more so for a few clients and not hundreds. While there is a template to schedule clients. For one we are a mental health therapy center and we do A LOT of scheduling. Red for when they arrived to their appointments, Yellow for when they were waiting and Green for when they were done and waiting on their transportation back home.Ĭons: There were a couple of things that I did not like, which made us only use Monday for a short period of time. ![]() I was going to use it to check in clients. As they came in they filled out the short form and were integrated into the calendar pretty easily. The other things I loved was the forms integration, which made it easy to transfer our clients over from one program to another. Aside from the design I did love that there were different calendar views like Kanban view and the map view especially. It is almost like an easy/drag and drop version of excel. Everyone else on my team is the complete opposite, however because of 's modern website design people were able to grasp it because the design is easy on the eyes if that makes sense. It does take some getting used to for me it was easy to get used to because I am more of a computer person and have had many different experiences with a lot of different programs. Pros: I liked how allows for easy collaboration with team members. But right now, the mirorred columns don't seem to be able to trigger any automations/integrations. I would like it so that if Column A is mirroring a column from a different board, then if Column A is changed to a certain status, something will happen. It would be nice if that would be resolved.I would also really like it if different groups in the same board could have different columns and just, generally, work different than other groups in that same board.I would REALLY like it if I could use a mirrored column in an automation. I can bring the subitems with it when I move the item manually, but I don't want to have to do that every time. However, when that happens, there is no way to make it bring the subitems with it. For example, I can set an automation so that if a status changes to a particular thing, then the item is moved to another board. I would say I'd like to see more of the integrations and automations work with subitems. But, when we combined monday with Zapier, we were able to overcome almost every obstacle. For example, sometimes they don't have the exact automation I'm trying to accomplish. ![]() I think you'll be very happy.Ĭons: The things I dislike about Monday are typically features that they don't have yet, but they've said they're working on. You can actually import things from whatever other project management software that you are using, and it's a great product. If anyone else is considering to use, I highly recommend it. If you didn't know how to do something, there's a help button, so it was extremely easy for everyone to get on board. As the marketing department, we did the test first, and Monday made it very easy because it came with a lot of tutorial videos within the software. It was extremely easy to onboard everyone onto. ![]() We ultimately chose for our project management so we could combine departments, have everybody on the same page, and be able to check the statuses very easily while being able to color code and assign different tasks to different people, and it worked very well within departments. ![]() I'm the assistant director at a company that is about 50 people large, and I give five stars.īefore using, I downloaded several trials of different project organizations, software, including Trello, Asana, and multiple other platforms, and we decided to ultimately go with for its user interface and ease of use. ![]()
